We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or optional cookies on these pages. Our hosting service may process standard request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time for site delivery and security.
When you contact us
If you email or call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, school details or membership enquiry. We use this to answer your request, arrange onboarding or handle support and refunds. Please do not send children’s sensitive information through general enquiries.
